The estimated timeframe for performing small non urgent maintenance repairs is 2-4 working days, with larger repairs it can take up to 2-3 weeks.

NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 situation we need to ensure, that it is safe for the maintenance companies to enter the apartments.The tenants have the responsibility to notify TOAS, if there is a sick or quarantined person in the apartment.
